DIAMOND DRESSING TOOLS
Single Point Dressers: The Single Point is the traditional diamond dressing tool. Single Point
dressers are especially used in grinding operations where very fine finishes and
close tolerances are required. The selection of diamond dresser depends on
machine condition, abrasive specification and working condition. The size of the
diamonds used can vary in weight, normally from 0.25 carats each to 5 carats.
The diamonds are selected from a wide range of qualities and shapes to suit each
working application.
Grade A
– Super

Grade B – Commercial

Specially selected natural point diamonds with very
high crystal strength. These are designed for straight dressing and truing
and for maximum tool life.

These stones have irregular shape and turned to cone
point. These are lesser quality stones than A and therefore have less
dressing time expectancy.

Chisel Points are designed for precision
forming of radii and contours on many tool room and cylindrical applications.
Blade Dresser provides a robust and economical alternative to the single stone
diamond chisel. It maintains a consistent, thin diamond cutting edge throughout
its working life. Adjustable re-useable or fixed head holders are available for
mounting the Blade Dresser.
